New models are created as a direct result of the technical training provided for staff and the twenty years of experience accumulated by our highly-qualified personnel.
After carefully examining technical drawings, the pattern is drawn on a plaster slab which is cut out along its edges to obtain a drawing perfectly corresponding to its plan.
Then a plastic shape of the model is made, some plaster is cast onto the previously prepared slab and, after a few minutes drying-process, it is processed using the plastic shape. After the plaster dried, it is necessary to take measurements to mark onto the pattern; finally, the pattern is polished by using slats and other tools so much that the pattern is finished.
